How damn exciting to see such a lighter touch Sangiovese coming from Fred. Working with Adelaide Hills fruit, it shows off the cooler side of the year with structure and acidity to balance but retain a certain sexy elegance that I can't go past.

Feel free to crack it now but it's going to hang around in the bottle for some years I reckon.
