Skin-contact Sicialian Catarrato for the people! It's an odd one this, there's a warmth to it that I'm in love with and then it comes through with a salinity that works like an unexpected kiss from a friend that ran up from behind. Is this just what Catarrato's like? Not any Catarrato that I've had!

Plus it's got a big fish on it so you know it's good.
